Westfalia OSE10 Separator is a centrifugal separator designed for marine vessels to separate solids and liquids from various fluids such as fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and bilge water.

Additionally, It comprises several parts, including the bowl, inlet/outlet ports, solids discharge ports, control panel, drive motor, gearbox, bearings, vibration monitor, emergency shutdown system, and heating system.

Moreover, the separator has a maximum capacity of 7,500 liters/hour and can separate fluids with a maximum density of 1,100 kg/m³ and temperature of 100°C at atmospheric pressure of up to 0.5 bar. Constructed with Stainless Steel bowl, cover, and impeller, and a cast iron frame and base, it measures 1,020 mm x 800 mm x 1,120 mm (L x W x H) and weighs around 850 kg.

The OSE10 Separator features a self-cleaning bowl design that ensures reliable separation and continuous operation. It also has a built-in vibration monitor and an automatic shutdown system in case of an emergency to enhance safety.
